This is the header Brice at Alamo Autosports built for me for the Turbonetics T04E-50.  It's fabricated with 1.5" ID weld-el plumbing material.  A piece of steel was welded between the two flanges together to allow fabrication on the workbench; it was later removed after completing a couple tubes.  The dude in the red welding hat is  Craig, Alamo's fabricator extraordinaire.  Each piece was custom-fit and tack-welded into place.  Once pieced together, all joints were TIG welded with a high-nickel rod with the header bolted to the head to ensure the flange did not warp from the heat.
