Yay! As of August 29, 2023, the website is back so you can expect many updates in the coming months.. from a refresh of the existing pages to new info on key changes over the past so many years...
Between 2001 and 2021, I was a landlord owner/operator of a handful of rent homes and a small apartment complex. And, between 2006 and 2021, I owned and operated a western wear store. During July to December 2021, I sold nearly everything and retired.
2022 was a year of transition, relaxation and stress-relief. I bought a small camper and visited many Texas state parks. I also went on several cruises, including a 12 night cruise on Celebrity over Christmas and New Years.
2023 continued the stress-relief and has allowed me to start tinkering, once again, with my vehicles. At present, I'm shoe-horning a 3UR 5.7L into my 03 Tundra. It's going quite well. Stay tuned for those updates.
